Baked Meatballs that are some of the best ever meatballs in the history of all meatballs! Such a simple and easy meatball recipe. Very tender and flavorful! Perfect to add to spaghetti sauce or any other recipe that requires basic meatballs!

Best Ever (Easy) Baked Meatballs

Baked Meatballs that are some of the best ever meatballs in the history of all meatballs! Such a simple and easy meatball recipe. Very tender and flavorful! Perfect to add to spaghetti sauce or any other recipe that requires basic meatballs!

These were awesome Baked Meatballs! 1lb hamburger, 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan , 1 cup panko or bread crumbs, 1 small onion, minced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, freshly ground pepper to taste, 1/4 cup minced fresh basil Mix all ingredients with hands. Form into golfball sized meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Tortellini and Pepperoni Pasta Salad - I made this (so good!!) - 4oz Mozzarella Chunked, 9oz Cherry Tomatoes, 1/2c Lite Caesar Dressing (Ken's), 9oz bag Cheese Tortellini, 1/2 cucumber, 2.5oz (1/2bag) Mini Pepperoni, 15 med black olives - 1/6 serving is 213g and 380 cals
