    Stove top BBQ spare ribs. I used boneless country style spare ribs and simmered it on Med low heat for over an hour (i was nervous that 45 minutes was too little). They were AAAAMAZING. will make again but want to try with a sweeter sauce (brown sugar and bbq sauce maybe)
