"Makes 2 medium or one extra large pizza crust. 1 C Greek Yogurt, 1 - 1 1/2 C self-rising flour. Combine yogurt and 1 cup flour in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix until combined, scraping down as necessary. Knead on medium high 5 minutes. Slowly add additional flour as necessary to help dough come together. You may need up to an extra 1/2 cup of flour. Dust countertop with flour and knead until dough is tacky, but not sticky. Roll out and top as desired. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes."
