I created this game for our Creative Curriculum unit on buildings. It includes the story of the Three Pigs...so I thought a science center using moving items by blowing them (like the big bad wolf) I called it the big bad wolf game which makes it much more fun than the blowing through a straw game. Each child has A collection of objects and a straw. I'm glad I lined the box lids with contact paper since it tends to get a little "spit" on it. Some kids aren't the most graceful blowers!
Do you know the story of the Brooklyn Bridge? This fun book for kids tells the tale featuring PT Barnum, a circus and 21 elephants. It also inspired this week's Engineering Science for Kids challenge - build a bridge to hold 21 elephants! A great STEM / STEAM activity for preschoolers and elementary aged students
