Home Gym - The type of workout results that can be obtained in 20 to 30 minutes at home are amazing. Use a RED BALL! Not Red Bull! Not dissing Red Bull. Just sayin'! You could change the ball color. I mean ... it's your home gym! :) The point is: EXERCISE IS HEALTHY!!! And can be done at home in privacy. But when you walk out in public ... WHOA!!
