~I try & limit these to a few times a year (Birthday, Mother's day, ALL Christmas shopping, ect) because they ARE addictive (especially with 9 pumps mocha.of course I get a skinny with extra whipped cream)~

Bananas rolled in Greek yogurt, crushed almonds, and cinnamon, then frozen. 2 bananas Fage Total Greek Yogurt crushed almonds cinnamon Line a tray with parchment paper. Mix the Greek yogurt and cinnamon together.
Double Chocolate Chip Frappe - one of the "skinnier" drinks. It's about 130 calories when made with skim milk (they make it this way at Starbucks.) It's a our favorite non-coffee drink at Starbucks - yum!
Delicious, low-cal drink I found on a forum for moments when you want chocolate. I will be drinking this even after I reach my goal. It is that good. - I will leave out Splenda and add regular sugar or brown sugar :)
