400 degrees. Place the foil over the cookie sheet. Use a little cooking spray to grease the foil. Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper and the herbs of your choosing. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over each breast to keep them moist.   Cook 20-25 min.  (internal temp 165 degrees)
