Yummy pan fried/ baked pork chops: Smash out four boneless pork chops Take one pack of ritz crackers and smash, then put onto a plate Whisk two eggs together with garlic and onion powder. Heat oil in frying pan, preheat oven to 375, dredge chops into eggs then into cracker crumbs. Place two at a time into your pan and fry for 2 min on both sides. Then place chops on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 45 min!
