CC's Best Evah Potato Soup 3 cans potatoes drained and quartered 3 cans chicken noodle soup (drain liquid in separate bowl) 1 stick of butter 1/2 block of large velveeta cheese 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup cauliflower florets 1/2 cup milk Pepper and salt Boil potatoes and butter for 10 minutes and start adding chicken broth, cheese, milk, broccoli, cauliflower, and noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for 45 minutes on medium and stir. (watch to make sure no cheese sticking)
