Detox Bath:•2 cups Epsom Salt - draws out toxins from your body  •1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar - neutralizes the body's pH.  •1/2 cup Bentonite Clay - stimulates the lymphatic system •5-10 drops Essential Oil - lavender, geranium, sandalwood, ylang ylang and blue tansy, known for detoxifying ~ Soak 20-40 minutes. Drink a large glass of water and go to bed.
