I think my blog is different than the others out there because I am a trained chef & went through culinary school after being diagnosed with celiac disease. My recipes are not only gluten-free but also peanut-free and top 8 allergen aware. I try to focus on creating delicious recipes that are family-friendly and not overly complicated. I am a mom of 3 and definitely want others with busy schedules and families to be able to make the food they see on my blog. - Jackie Ourman…

This is a blog written by a celiac living on a shoestring: full of links to internet resources, travel tips, reviews of GF products and global celiac friendly businesses and groceries. It chronicles some of CJ’s amusing or bizarre experiences with others relating to GF, diagnosis process as well, including reflections on the celiac “identity”, its ups and downs; and peppers its posts liberally with recipes. - CJ Williams, www.tumblingglutenfree.blogspot.com

I compiled a list of restaurants in and around Chicago that offer gluten free menu options. In addition I run the Chicago Gluten Free meetup.com group, bringing local gluten free diners together for some really great food and fun! - Betsy, www.GlutenFreeBetsy.com
