1hr · 1 serving RECIPE (4 servings, 35mins): • -2 cans (440g in total) chickpeas • -1 bag black tea • Cover with water and cook 10-15mins and save the water. • -4 Tbsp vegan ghee by @koro_de or oil • -2 onions • -5 cloves garlic • -a thumbsize piece of ginger • Fry for 1-2mins. • -2 Tsp ground coriander, garam masala, cumin • -1 Tsp turmeric, Amchur (optional) • -salt to taste • -1 green chili • -1 chopped tomato • Add and sauté 5mins. • Add the chickpeas and 1 cup of the cooking-tea-water. • Simmer 15mins and serve with roti.

Don’t be dissing cauliflower until you’ve tried this recipe!🤤🤤🤤 Recipe👀 -Remove the leaves and base of the cauliflower and par boil for 5 minutes. -Meanwhile make the harissa marinade by combining 2 tsp harissa paste, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp agave and 1 tosp olive oll. - Remove the cauliflower and dry off and coat with the marinade. Roast at 170 degrees Celcius until crispy but not brown (roughly 40 mins). -To make the lemony garlicky yogurt whisk together 250g of yogurt, 1 diced garlic clove, squeeze of 1/4 lemon with 1/2 tsp of xantham gum -Dice up 1 shallot, 1/2 a chilli and a bunch of coriander and fry in evoo with pine nuts -Plate up the yogurt, then cauliflower, drizzle with tahini dressing (2 part tahini, 1 part soy sauce, 3 parts water) and top with your fried aromatics and enjo
