My Mom used to make these: Pie Fries: Cut pie crust into strips w/ fluted pastry wheel. Brush w/ melted butter. Sprinkle w/ cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 about 15 minutes. Eat 'as is' or dip into jam, pie filling or frosting. I'm sure I can make these.
