    Puff Quilts

Ever want to make a quilt (even without experience), but don't really care for the time and effort involved? No problem! Make a "Puff Quilt." Each piece is made individually (as large or small as you want) with stuffing put inside. When you have enough, you stitch the stuffed squares or hexagons onto a backing - and voila' you have a simply heavenly quilt. Also called Biscuit Quilts, made commonly with hexagon pieces instead of squares.

(this is so cute but I wouldn't put buttons on a baby quilt for safety purposes.)Puff Quilt using pretty buttons as centers instead of ties This is adorable. I would put a small embroidery design on each square that could be tied through the center. I would not use buttons.
