Portis coat rack ( twenty dollars) from IKEA, turned upside down so that toddlers won't pull the baskets off the top. Each has their own.  Hopefully a time saver in the morning not having to look for shoes, lunch boxes and backpacks!  I might put a cork board or whiteboard above each for notes/ schedules.
