moist zucchini muffins-good. Liked the cinnamon nutmeg spice to it. Very moist, very yum.

carrot spice muffins-oh my. These are seriously awesome! Everyone loved them. Nice for treat or snacks for the kids...can top with cream cheese frosting to dress them up. We were fine without it.

Banana Bread with applesauce and honey instead of sugar and oil-It was also made with whole wheat flour. I thought this was good! Kyle thought it tasted 'healthy', but I liked how it was not super sweet. Good option.

Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies-my fav healthy cookie so far. Perfect hit of sweetness, and grounded with the whole wheat flour and oats. Really yummy. Fun to have good snacks for the kids that won't give them a sugar high. I used creamy PB and used the whole cup.

zucchini bites-wow. A great find. They were very good. And as a plus the kids loved them! Even my little boy's friend who is pretty picky with veggie and fresh foods loved them and asked for seconds. Such a fun lunch, snack, or meal to get those little eaters to eat their veggies! Add S before pouring into muffin tin...could make zucchini tots by using mini muffin tin.

banana oat snack bars-so yummy. Loved them. I split the mix in three, did a plain, then semi sweet, and bittersweet choc chip blend. I liked them all, but I think the bittersweet choc was my fav. Never used them before, but they were perfect in these. I baked them for a little over 15 min and they were very soft...try crispier next time.

Homemade fruit leathers

No bake energy bites-made mine with almond butter, honey, dry ingredients (mix of flax seed, wheat germ, and flaked coconut), some poppy seed, a few choc chips, the vanilla and oats. Pretty good.
