1. Finally! Next month is January 2014 and I am finally going to get a new path cut through my woods! It is so grown up there are areas of my property I haven't set foot on in several years! I have grandchildren now and they will love having a trail to follow riding their electric jeep, or with me on the tractor, or for a ride in a wagon, or just for a long walk! This is what I will start with, just a cleared path with deadwood and brush to line the path to start with.

Cut wood path;  wonder if the wood would stay put, since it is so light.  Could always make the cut pieces at least 3" wide?  Would look cute with moss or low thyme in between the wood ends.
