We made these over the weekend. So good! We couldn't find the right cornmeal so we did a mixture of regular cornmeal and corn flour we found at a mexican food market. I also made my own sazon de goya, but you can find it at the mexican food markets.

Classic flan (egg custard with caramel sauce) recipe *The Best Mexican Dessert next to Tres Leches Cake*    -side note...instead of making the caramel sauce, maple syrup is quick and easy and no risk of burning AND you can barely tell the difference (learned this from my Filipino Aunt)-
