    This really is a great, realistic list. I feel like many parents put too much pressure on themselves to do TOO much before kindergarten...forced activities and such. This list is all things that can be learned naturally through play, reading with your child, regular social interactions, and imagination!!

Kid Clips for Road Trips: The rule is this: as long as they are doing well, the clip stays up. But, if anyone makes a bad choice & decides to be ugly or whiny, their clip comes down. And if the clip comes down, they miss out on the next fun thing, whether it be a pack of gum at the next gas stop, an ice cream cone, getting to choose the next movie or having extra time on the iPad.
