Slow Cooker Mexican Style Stuffed Bell Peppers. 1 tray ground turkey, 1 cup salsa, 3 tbs taco seasoning, 1 tsp garlic, white rice cooked, 1cup green enchilada sauce, 1 cup cheese. Mix and stuff peppers. Put in crockpot on low for 6 hours. Add cheese on top and serve. Makes at least 5 stuffed peppers.
