Vanilla overnight oats. Just put this in the fridge when you go to bed and when you wake up and are feeling extra groggy and lazy you have your yummy breakfast already set for you. I'd throw in some strawberries or raspberries with chocolate granola.
Just made these; they are awesome. I took turkey bacon and wrapped it around the outside of the cup, then dropped the egg and spinach in. Fantastic.I found the English muffin overkill--I was way too full. Just the egg stuff is perfect.
