Just found this pic/description on the 'Country Living' website where it says these are actually Dwarf impatiens that flank a pathway planted with Soleirolia soleirolii.  I originally pinned it with the lemon thyme description below:    lemon thyme makes a great ground cover that smells fabulous...usually takes a full year from planting to look like this though...per MFAMB
