Healthy - I substituted rice milk in place of milk, and olive oil in place of butter. I also added chopped spinach, sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts. Added some Italian seasoned bread crumbs on top with the cheese before putting it in the oven. Yummy!
Creamy shrimp and mushroom pasta in a delicious homemade alfredo sauce. All the flavors you want: garlic, basil, crushed red pepper flakes, paprika, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. I would substitute cream cheese for mozz and delete red pepper and basil.
