Community HIV/AIDS Resource Exchange (CHARE) Project was established to provide capacity building; technical assistance; training; and marketing through social media platforms and 3D virtual worlds integration. The overall goal is to enhance the access and delivery of need-oriented information, services and resources associated with HIV prevention, AIDS awareness, HIV/AIDS stigma, HIV testing and related health disparities.

I just posted an #impactstory on MojaLink: Capacity Building and Networking Through Social Media and Virtual Worlds Integration
