POSSE....The so-called Black West is NOT a myth....Remember that once slaves were free they had to learn to live especially in the west. A lot of cowboys and girls were great horseman and cattle-herders. They also lived with the Native Americans. Wish Van Peebles had done more along this line. This movie was great.

To Sir, With Love -1967 Drama Stars: Sidney Poitier, Christian Roberts, Judy Geeson Idealistic engineer-trainee and his experiences in teaching a group of rambunctious white high school students from the slums of London's East End. The kids in this movie try to act tough but seem tame compared to today's teenagers. The film's title song "To Sir With Love", sung by Lulu, reached number one on the U.S. pop charts, and ultimately was Billboard magazine's No. 1 pop single for the year, 1967.
