Adorable little girl and her hero.

weeping angel (in b&w) I handmade this costume for my 8 year old daughter Trinity to wear for Halloween 2011. The dress is an old sheet that I painted with medium gray, country gray, & white. I stuffed old catalog pages in the bottom for ruffles. I made the wings from foam core board & the feathers from craft foam. The wig is gray yarn glued to a shower cap (also painted) & yes, I painted her hands & face to match.

Halo Reach Mark V Armor

Love these creative cardboard costumes! Such wonderful material, cheap. easy to work with, flexible ( fold and pull over hard edge until you get the shape you want). This year my son and I used cardboard to create (no plans) a roman soldiers' " lorica segmentata" armor to wear for a school Museum night These costumes are by design students - cardboard catwalk

Casual princess clothes- I LOVE this idea for trips to Disney World when it's not comfy to wear an itchy princess dress all day.
