The haunting of the Screaming Tunnel one of Niagara Falls’ most enduring legends. Located off Warner Road, it runs under the railway tracks that link Niagara Falls to Toronto & New York City. According to legend, over a century ago, a farm house located just past the south entrance caught fire one night. A young girl, her clothes engulfed in flames, fled screaming from the house. She ran through the tunnel in an attempt to extinguish her garments but collapsed and died on the tunnel floor.

I'd heard that it was a spooky place from my childhood and after talking to a few friends (rob is the one pictured) we decided that beings as it was the 6th of the 6th of the 6th, we thought we'd scare each other by going there at night. nothing happened while we were there but after looking at the photo's I noticed a blurry figure just on the right hand side of rob in one of the photos. it freaked us out to no end!
