Poking several noisy toy windmills into the soil will also disturb moles, as the vibrations will drive them away. Moles dislike garlic,drop crushed cloves into the run. You can also repel them with a castor-oil concoction. Mix 8 tablespoons of castor oil and 1 tablespoon of liquid soap in 1 gallon of water. Dig down into one of the critter’s runs, and pour the mixture inside.
