Pancake Pizza 1/2 cup almond flour - 1/4 cup chickpea flour  - 2 eggs  - 2 tbsp coconut oil - 2 tbsp nut milk - Mash 1 ripe banana - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1 scoop @vitalproteins vanilla coconut water collagen (optional: makes it sweeter with ZERO sugar) . [Direction]: Whisk all the wet ingredients then add dry ingredients. Pour it all into a BIG pan (sprayed with oil. Put the cap on and let it cook on medium heat for 5 min. Then flip, cook for another 4-5 min.
