Jellyriffic recipes

This Jellyriffic competition using a pewter jelly mould in the shape of a pyramid was organised by Royal Selangor where 10 food bloggers from around the world would each blog for 30 consecutive days to create 30 recipes of their own to raise awareness for breast cancer. We created 30 recipes comprising 3-course meals that represented 10 international cuisines - Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Thai, Malaysian, Australian, French, Italian, British and Spanish.
