A WOODEN BOAT BUILT BY A MASTER WOOD ARTISAN
For decades, CH Pickleball Art’s artisan Jeff Hutter was a general contractor along California’s Orange County coast, specializing in building custom homes and residential remodels. After designing and building his own house, he took on the challenge of building a classic wooden from a one-page plan purchased on the internet. The “On The Job II” was a winner at harbor boat shows and was featured in Wooden Boat Magazine.

When Jeff Hutter and Cheryl Campbell moved from the O.C. to Palm Desert, CA, they discovered the game of pickleball, and were hooked. Cheryl considers it to be like when as a kid she laughed and ran on the playground with her friends. Jeff is living his retirement dream, working/playing with wood in his garage. Together they established CH Pickleball Art.
