Mix one sugar free vanilla pudding packet with half of the milk called for on the package. Whisk until it begins to thicken. Then fold in one container of sugar free Cool Whip. A great frosting spread on cakes and piped onto cupcakes, a tasty filling in crepes or on waffles along with some fruit. food-i-gotta-try
Paula Deen's banana pudding with cream cheese!!!!- I cannot stress enough that if you make this, you will never want to make another banana pudding recipe, ever... It's the BEST!...says pinner. I am going to use sugar free shortbread cookies that I buy at Walmart, & sugar free banana pudding.

The best part is for 6 if made with splenda is only 174 calories & w/ sugar 194 calories. 1 serving recipe: 1/2 tbsp sugar/fatfree vanilla instant pudding 1/2 tbsp splenda or sugar 1 drop vanilla extract 1/4 cup cool whip (thawed) 2 tbsp fat free cream cheese 6 ex.lrg. strawberries 2 tsp of mini choc. chips since I used all various sizes of berries, I used a lil more choc. chips :)
