I make a lot of green smoothies and vary the ingredients depending on what fruits and veggies I have at the moment.    I made a version of this today with 1 cup soy milk, 1 cup greek yogurt, 3 cups spinach, 1 frozen banana, 8 frozen strawberries, 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed, and two tablespoons of Trader Darwin's soy protein powder.   Tasty and energizing!
