Having a strong ‘why’ is super important marathon training, because of the sheer volume of time and energy required to see it through. Everyone’s why is different and for the most part, I don’t think there are ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ whys. If it works for you, work with it. That said, there are a few whys that aren't very good and aren't enough to get you through training. #running #runner #marathon #marathontraining
