I just completed week one of the 21 Day FIx! Here are my thoughts on the program, examples of what I ate, what I thought about the workouts, and most importantly...before and after pictures and results!
Steak and Sweet Potato Fries Ingredients: 1 Red of Lean Steak (4 oz) 1 Sweet Potato (2 Yellows) 1 Green of Mushrooms 1 tsp Olive Oil Instructions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut sweet potato into fries. Spray with olive oil and add your choice of chili powder, italian seasoning, and/or garlic powder. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Grill the steak. Saute mushrooms in a tsp of olive oil.
