Although without aesthetic intentions (if you want to express your emotions forget about color matching or prettifying) ChromaTweet easily slipped into an, albeit unorthodox, art form. The ever-growing color archive with its trends and fluctuations was a good base for all sorts of outgrowths like various abstract pieces and analog translations on canvas. ... Interview with A. M. for 'Tones', Pantone newsletter. By Keith Recker "Although I started ChromaTweet as a personal experiment I always had in mind some sort of social network where people would ChromaTweet their own feelings. Something very minimal and very emotional. Right now it is in its development stage and it will be launched for the public very soon. The main tag-line question will be "How do you feel?"" Not To Miss List For Armory 2012
The Huffington Post: The Armory Show 2012 Preview. "During ArtBridge's WALK yourself! art walk, be sure to head over to DUMBO to check out "Chroma Tweet" by Aleksandar Maćašev. The 400-foot-long installation, running along the historic Empire Stores building, reflects the artist's emotional state from day-to-day, but rather than take to Twitter, Maćašev expressed himself through color for two years." Chroma Tweet by Aleksandar Maćašev
"Viewing the tweets linearly changed the perception of Maćašev’s emotions and almost formed a weird connection to the artist. I wanted to know what happened that day he decided to tweet a muted brown color, or for several days of bright colors, why was he so cheerful? But is how I view color universal? Does everyone see yellow as a happy color?" More at http://kezradesign.wordpress.com/2011/11/30/chroma-tweet-by-aleksandar-macasev/

Today I feel #FDFFBD. Yesterday, I walked by the following public installation presented by Artbridge. The work features two years of ALeksandar Macasev’s daily mood colors or ChromaTweets. It’s been in the neighborhood longer than I have.
