Teacher Binder includes: Calendar (of each month with lots of room for writing in events, birthdays, etc.), Lesson Plans, Weekly Plans, Team Meeting Notes, Student Checklist (a tab per class if you teach older grades or multiple levels), and Notes. This could double as a sub binder too, putting that section or tab in the front, or just make sure you note it if you're having a sub.

Brilliant way to make a mixed number to improper fraction

This is a great way to greet the students on the first day. The teacher gives each student a Meet the Teacher page and a goodie bag. There is also a student info sheet on each desk. This could be a great first assignment for students to begin working on as soon as they enter the room.
