Crockpot smoked sausage green beans and potatoes. This was EASY and the whole family loved it. Very good with lots of flavor. I cooked on high for 3 hours.

1 C potatoes, peeled and grated 1 egg ¼ C bread crumbs 3 T onion, chopped ½ C sharp cheddar cheese ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper Preheat oven to 400*. Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon one table spoon of potato mixture into each mini muffin. Bake for 18 minutes until tops are just golden brown.
