Bibimguksu (spicy cold noodles) - Definitely add the sauce as needed, makes enough for at least 3 servings of noodles. Good sauce. Add 1tsp sugar to sweeten it up and water to thin it out a little. Would make it again! Not sure I like the texture of somen. Would use spaghetti or nangmyun (buckwheat) noodles next time.
