Recipe (for batter): 1/3 cup whole grain flour, 1 ripe banana, 1 packet Stevia, 1 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/8 cup crushed pecans Recipe for Protein Creme: Mix 1.5oz fat free creme cheese with 1 scoop Dymatize ISO 100 Whey protein and 2 tbsp Almond Milk. Approx macros: 39g protein, 55g carbs (only 37g from grain), 14g fat (from pecans)
