Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, Fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? - Marianne Williamson
"If you are willing to look at another person' behaviour toward you as a reflection of the state of their relationship with themselves rather than a statement about your value as a person, then you will, over a period of time, cease to react at all." - Yogi Bhajan
What good will worrying or wondering about the future do? It will waste our time right now. And we can’t change the past. What good will come from complaining about it? It’s a hard lesson to learn, but one that we all desperately need. Our Lord Jesus even said “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” Matt. 6:34. We don’t need to worry about tomorrow! Just focus on today.
