Prayer cards - I'm going to make these VERY soon. I think these will help me in my daily prayer time - I can also use them on the treadmill! I also love the idea of making these for my kids to have for their own prayer time!! Fabulous idea!! :)
This shows how some people have pooches on their belly because of how their hip flexors are too tight. Shows some exercises that loosen those hip flexors and align the back to take away the belly pooch. Also helps with lower back pain!
