DIY highlighter from eye shadow: 1) Pour a small amount of glimmer (champagne, pearl, and nude shades work well) eye shadow into a small container. 2) Squeeze 2-3 pumps of body lotion or 4-5 pumps of face lotion (often better for sensitive skin) into the shadow. 3) Use a stirrer and mix together until smooth (if you need an extra long-lasting formula, add a tiny bit of your favorite primer).
