HOOTENANNY (Oven Pancake): Blend 1 c. white flour, 1 c. milk, 6 eggs and tsp. Pour batter into greased pan. Drizzle cube melted butter over the top. Bake 25 minutes at Cut in pieces, drizzle with Maple Syrup, serve.
Good low-carb breakfast -put ham in a cupcake pan, fill with one egg and misc ingredients (cheese, Bacon, Spices, Veggies) then bake! Spray/oil muffin tin and bake about 15 minutes at 400 for fully cooked whites and firm but soft yolks.
