Write notes back & forth with your child. Leave it on their bed, when they have a chance, they write back and leave it on your bed. How neat would it be to have those notes to look back on?

Mommy and Me journal. Write letters back and forth, leave under pillows. very sweet idea and love the memento it would give you years down the road I did this with my mom and it is such a special keepsake! What a neat idea!

Take a photo with the same cool accessory every year. Why have I not seen this more often?

I absolutely adore this idea. I wish I had known about this the very first year that I was married as I would have used it as a wedding gift (although it would make a fabulous birthday, anniversary or Christmas gift now)!!

THIS IS BRILLIANT!!! To all the new mommies! Fill a glove w/beans, pearled barley, etc, give a few pats with it and slip quietly away. I may have to remember this...

Fill a glove with beans, pearled barley, rice, etc. Give a few pats and slip quietly away. This was a LIFESAVER when my daughter was an infant. I would nuke mine in the microwave to make it warm and helped soothe her too.

Love how cute the baby is in its outfit instead of the usual naked baby pics.

I bought a bear suit! I'm gonna need a picture like this! Daddy kissing baby in a bear suit.
