Mississippi Comeback Sauce. An all purpose sauce that is a cross somewhere between a rémoulade sauce and Thousand Island salad dressing, great for a sandwich spread or dipping sauce. A Mississippi original!
Mushroom, Onion, and Garlic Cream Sauce for Pasta Recipe saute 1/12c mushrooms, 1 diced onion and 2 cloved garlic in 2 tablespoons olive oil until the mushroom starts to golden and the onion is soft. Add 1/2 cup chicken stock, 1 1/2 cup cream and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Serve over pasta and sprinkle w/grated parmesean
