Moist Pineapple Banana Bread - a simple, well balanced recipe! I added 1 tbs of poppy seeds and did a glaze using the juice of the ananas and some powdered sugar. Otherwise followed the recipe as it is and loved the result! It was as moist as promised.
Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars - my favorite new thing that I made at Christmas. I doubled the recipe, but I'd suggest not doubling the chocolate as I ended up with an entire chocolate layer on top as opposed to a nice chocolate drizzle.

Blueberry Bread - this was awesome! Used freshly found flour and it wasn't too dense. i used frozen blueberries and sprinkled raw sugar on top for crunch. I stored it uncut with a kitchen towel over it and it was still moist inside but crunch on top. .
