-Slice apples as thinly as possible. (crosswise so the core was in the center.  No need to seed it. -Boiled the apples with spices till transparent.  -Take out and pat dry. -Lay on rack and put in the oven at 200 degrees. -Bake for about 1 hour. Flip and bake for another hour. -Bake until they are slightly browned.

Apples provide health benefits like improved bacteria flora and regulating blood sugar!
