Netroots Nation’s national conference in town, and how I heard of it
Rep. Ilhan Omar and Rep. Rashida Tlaib will be speaking in Philadelphia, Saturday, as part of the largest annual conference for progressives, which opened today. So will a number of candidates for the Democratic presidential nomination, including Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who had a controversial moment this week.

Reports: Nexstar says no to WPIX-NY, WSFL-Miami
Nexstar Media Group is planning to buy Tribune Media, but may also be planning to spin off WPIX-11 and WSFL-39. Why it wouldn’t want stations in New York and Miami, and what the options are in those important cities.
