Choc Chip Maraschino Cherry Shortbread cookies: Cream 1 C butter and ½ C powdered sugar. Add 2 C flour, ½ t salt, add 1 C chopped Maraschino cherries, ½ C white or choc chips, ½ t vanilla. Form dough in shape you want, wrap in plastic and chill for 1 hour min. slice ¼ inch. Place on parchment paper 1 inch apart. Bake 325 for 10 – 15 min. slightly brown.
Place pretzels on cookie sheet. Top with Rolos. Put in 200 degree oven until chocolate just starts to melt. Immediately pull them out and top with M&M's or pecans. Can put in fridge to speed up cooling.
1 pouch Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix 1 box (4 serving size) pistachio instant pudding and pie filling mix 1/4 cup flour 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 eggs 1 cup dry roasted salted pistachio nuts, chopped 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped optional - green food coloring (I didn't add any but if you wanted them extra green you could) 350 degrees for 8-10mins
